We use Ellucian/Banner for billing so this answer may or may not help you. Our trades students are on a block schedule for trades specific classes and the regular calendar for their Gen Ed courses. When setting up our fee tables in SFARGFE we put both a minimum and maximum value on fees. So long as the courses are all taken in the same term they don't get charged twice. If you are using a separate term code for your graduate progams consider adding a reversing fee by cohort or student type. We do this for both our course share and dual enrollment populations.
