I recently joined a university center that provides civic governance and mediation services across the state. It functions like a nonprofit consulting service, which means we have a lot of contracts, require detailed time tracking from our staff, and submit our own invoices. Because the university doesn't have systems for this type of work, in the past it's been handled through a variety of ad hoc-methods, but I'm looking for a more permanent solution.
Does anyone have experience using a software platform such as Zoho in a university role? Any other suggestions or input? Thank you!
