Good afternoon,
Has any university (or system) transitioned from using SAP to Banner for HR/Payroll and Finance? I am interested in hearing about the transition and if there were any lessons to be learned from your experience. The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) is a 10-university System, all of which have multiple unions and collective bargaining agreements, which create a very complex payroll structure. While feedback from a university system or large university would be most applicable, I will gratefully accept feedback from any institution.
