Has anyone transitioned from TouchNet refund processing from ECSI Heartland to Checkbook as their 3rd party vendor?   Can you share your experience with using Checkbook?   Does your students have the option to deposit credit balances to PayPal or Venmo?  If so, any issues or concerns?

Interesting question.  We just went from in house refunds (via Bill.com) to TouchNet, but since TouchNet doesn't have a paper check option, they passed that task off to Checkbook.  So all our ACH refunds go out via TouchNet and our paper checks go out via Checkbook via TouchNet.  I have no idea if Checkbook will integrate directly with your SIS.
