Hello - We created a handout for parents & authorized users that we give out at new student orientation. This is a one pager that provides information on the various payment methods, how to become an authorized user on the students billing account and an overview of the payment plan. We do not include any dates so that the flyer can be used during various terms. It has a QR code that takes them to our website if they want to lookup the payment due dates.

We are in the process of updating out Payment plan handouts and we're curious to what other intuitions are including for information. What their handouts look like and the method of how they are being dispersed to students. We recently watched the NACUBO best practices for Tuition payment plans and would like to see where we can find the guidelines for disclosures and handouts per the CFPB guidelines.
