For many schools, this process spans multiple teams and can involve manual workflows, inconsistent approval paths, and growing pressure around compliance and reporting.
Virtual Incentives supports academia and research teams streamline research, clinical trial, and human-subject related payments. We're looking to better understand how these processes are managed across higher ed today. We've designed a survey and intend to collect peer input to understand what's working, what's not, and where processes tend to break down.
If you're involved in finance, business operations, procurement, or related areas, your perspective would be incredibly helpful. The survey takes about 10 minutes, and we'll share a summary of insights and a report with the community this summer in Anaheim!
