We've been using Fundriver for about five years now and it's worked great for us. We have over 2,300 endowments and the automated spending and admin fee works great. We also use the investment manager module and that works great as well. We previously used multiple excel spreadsheets to manage things before Fundriver, and now we only have one for uploading our investment manager information. Also, if you have exceptions, Fundriver can manage that as well and you can have export templates set up that you can use to import the journal entries into your accounting management system.

Subject: Endowment Software - Fundriver vs Adavico
If there are any institutions out there that have vetted Endowment software in recent years, we would be interested in any comments that you have on the differences i.e. pros/cons of one versus the other. We are a private institution with about $5,000 FTE and about 500 endowment accounts. We are looking to automate our Excel based endowment pool process this year.
