    Greetings. We are looking to find a way to require students to regularly update their emergency contact information in the institution's database. Specifically, we'd like them to verify/update local address, names and contact information for an individual in case of emergency, and verify the student's cell phone contact information in case of emergency. If you have a system of requiring students to do this on a systematic, regular basis, could you please share it with me.

    Ours is built into our student portal - a pop-up box makes them confirm emergency contact and their primary phone number for our alert system about a week into the semester and halfway through the semester.
